Small BIZ Saturday 2024 Vendor+Artisan Registration

We have a lovely space for you to showcase and sell your beautiful products and services!

On Saturday, November 30th - “Small BIZ Saturday” - Visionistas By Design Wellness Boutique will be participating in Nazareth’s Shop Small Saturday and Cookie Stroll event from 9:00am to 2pm. We would love for you to set up a table in our space!

This event is one of the most popular community events in Nazareth, and it brings in lots of shoppers!!

The NEDC (Nazareth Economic Downtown Commission) and the Nazareth Area Chamber of Commerce collaborate to support and promote support of local businesses.  They provide shopping maps that list all of the participating businesses and encourage them to pop in and shop small!  Cookie strollers pick up an empty box in the Nazareth Circle/Nazareth Farmers Market and proceed to stroll around town, visiting businesses, picking up cookies, and shopping! 

This is a great way to create connections with local customers in the community!

What you'll get:

  • shout out for your business on our social media prior to the event
  • mention of your business (including the link to your website) as a collaborator in our email newsletter
  • opportunity to promote your business on the Empowered By Design Podcast
  • exposure to lots of shoppers!

Terms and Conditions for Vendors and Artisans participating in the Small BIZ Saturday event at Visionistas By Design Wellness Boutique:

Arrival & Departure - Vendors must be fully set-up at least 15 minutes prior to the opening
of the event and prepared to sell from 10:00 am until 2 pm (opening and closing of the
event). 

Liability - Vendors agree to the liability statement: “I agree to accept all liability and responsibility for any personal injury, property damage, loss, theft or any other harm suffered by myself or others arising from or otherwise incident to my participation in the event. I indemnify and hold Visionistas By Design Wellness Boutique and Dr. Lyz, LLC and its officials, staff, and agents harmless against all suits, claims demands and losses including costs, expenses and attorney’s fees incurred as a result of any act or omission, neglect or misconduct of me or my staff/associates during the event.” Vendors will provide a certificate of liability insurance with Visionistas By Design, LLC listed as “additional insured” for this event. If uninsured, please let us know and we can help further.

Space - Vendors will be responsible for bringing all essential items (e.g., tables, table covers, chairs, display items, etc.). Each vendor will have a space to fit a table with a maximum length of 8 feet. Spaces will be assigned upon order of registration. Your items must fit within our designated space guidelines. 

Sanitation - Vendors are responsible for keeping their space clean; cleaning up any potential spills/damages within their space; and cleaning up their space after the event. All trash should be placed in receptacles.  Large quantities of refuse may not be disposed of in on-site garbage receptacles. 

Marketing - Vendors are responsible for marketing their business. Visionistas By Design will market the event as a whole and will share any posts/stories that you create and tag @visionistasbydesign.  Share the LOVE!! - We ask that you please share the event to your audience (e.g., social media pages, website, email list, etc.) and tag/mention us @VisionistasByDesign!!  We reserve the right to use photos, video footage, captions, and other information that may include your name/image/etc. on our media pages and/or printed material (e.g., website, social media, etc.). By participating in this event, vendors agree to allow the use of their identifying information (including but not limited to photos and video footage) for any legal use.

General - Vendors are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children. Vendor pets
are not allowed. Vendors and staff are not permitted to smoke on the property.
