We provide the candles and a warm, welcoming energy of light and love. Bring the things that make you feel energized, peaceful, and cozy (e.g., your journal, your meditation mat and/or blanket, your matcha, your favorite crystal, your eye mask, etc.).

*Please note: We will have paper and pens available for you to jot down your reactions during the illumination circle!

The illumination circle activities will move with the energy of the attendees present in the circle and with the collective energy of the group. Each illumination circle is unique and special in its own way. Below is a potential outline for your reference. As noted, some activities may change according to the energy present.

Potential elements of the illumination circle: opening circle activity; meditation and intention setting; energy inventory; card reading(s); processing of reactions and meaning through journaling, discussion, and sharing; and closing the circle activity.

If you’re like us, then you might be thinking - what should I wear? Our suggestion is: dress however you want! We are going with “comfy”, so please follow our lead!!  

We are planning to get grounded and sit on the floor, so please bring a meditation mat or blanket to use as a cushion. Chair seating will also be available for all activities during the illumination circle event.
