I'm Lisa --

I’m a mother of over 30 years, blessed with three incredible adult children and two beautiful grandbabies who are truly the light of my life.  For 26 years I’ve been part of the medical world professionally as an ultrasound tech. 

For most of my journey, I’ve been like so many others — overworked, overstimulated, stretched too thin, and utterly exhausted.  Battling anxiety, depression, trauma, divorce and addiction… I needed peace in my life.

My path to healing began over three years ago.  Finding like minded humans and uplifting, supportive women was just the beginning.  It was through the healing vibrations of sound, I’ve discovered a calm and clarity I once believed were out of reach. Sound healing struck a deeper chord within me… something ancient, sacred, and profoundly resonant.

The frequencies of the sound bowls awakened something in me — a sense of peace I could feel in my body, mind, and spirit. With breath, presence, and openness, I began to experience true inner healing. My thoughts became calmer. My nervous system softened. My mind gained clarity. And for the first time in years… I slept deeply and peacefully.

This is what I now offer to others: the same powerful, nurturing, and transformative space that helped me remember who I am beneath the noise.
