Meet Yulia.

Yulia is a licensed mental health counselor, hypnotherapist, and private practice owner whose work lives at the intersection of the conscious and unconscious mind — helping people become aware of the inner patterns shaping their experience, and gently bring them into alignment.

Her approach draws on Ericksonian and modern hypnosis, mindfulness, eastern meditative practice, and somatic awareness — not as separate tools, but as one integrated language for reconnecting the mind and body. Most of the time, these two worlds are in conflict — not because something is wrong, but because they've simply lost contact with each other. Her work is about restoring that connection.

She is the founder of Otdushi Practice — a 12-week immersive program for self-connection and intentional living — and the Otdushi Podcast on Spotify. She also offers 1:1 hypnotherapy sessions for people working through specific challenging habits: smoking, overeating, scrolling, stress-driven patterns, and repetitive cycles that feel hard to break.

Her name says it all: Otdushi — from the Russian "from souls" — is both her name and her calling.
