Welcome back to Love Notes with Angie Alchemist! In this episode, we discuss LOVE and relationships, highlighting the importance of healthy communication. It’s not always fun to have the dreaded TALK.
Don’t worry! Angie and I have a strategy to make it easier for you - with regularly scheduled relationship meetings. In the show, we tell you that we will write an easy outline for you. Here it is:
Before the Meeting:
Take Angie’s: Free Enneagram Quiz and/or complete Lyz’s: FREE Fun Love Formula
Reflect: Create a spot to put all your ideas and get them out of your head (e.g., your clipboard, your notes app, etc.)
During the Meeting:
Celebrate- What is at least one thing that is going well in your relationship?
Problem Solve and Plan - Use the problems you wrote down and brainstorm solutions together.
Do something FUN! (e.g., play a game, have dessert, etc.)
After the Meeting:
Take Action- It is time to take action on those solutions. Align your behavior and your energy with your goals and vision.
