Happy Thanksgiving!! Let’s celebrate love and gratitude and FUN! In this episode of the Empowered by Design Podcast, I share my reflections on love, gratitude, and the joy of Thanksgiving. Fun things I do: the Nazareth YMCA Pumpkin Pie 5K with my sister-in-law Erin; eat lots of snacks and apps, a little bit of turkey; and spend time with my family and friends!! In the episode, we dip into my Dream Dictionary for an inspiring message.

At Visionistas By Design we are celebrating Small Biz Saturday on November 30th and participating in the Nazareth Community Cookie Stroll! Sofia will be baking her delicious chocolate chip cookies for the occasion, and we are hosting some amazing artists and creators in our space. We invite you to stop in and see us! Support local businesses and entrepreneurs, eat some of Sofia’s tasty treats, get a henna tattoo with Sophie Hami of Henna Chakra, and be inspired by Dr. Peggy DeLong, the Gratitude Psychologist and author of: “I Can See Clearly Now” and other inspiring reads. I’ll be doing oracle card pulls! It’s going to be SO fun!
