How to be in it for the money and be PROUD to be in it for the money!!

Check in with yourself -body, mind, heart, soul, and spirit.

Money is energy – line up your energy with your goals, dreams, and vision so that you are more likely to accomplish them – using our Signature Formula – Dream, Design, Deliver. Money is energy, attune to your relationship with money (we will talk more about that next time). How well are you doing in your relationship with money – are you showing up, attending to it, and nurturing money?

How are you investing your “money energy” in your life right now?

To manage your money well, you have to know where it is – where it goes, and where to allocate it. So that you have the right space for it. Make money feel cherished.

Energy Inventory – Body, Mind, Heart, Soul, Spirit

Stop, pause, and take inventory. Breathe.

Body – what is happening in your body physically?

Mind – what are your thoughts, when you get distracted – where did your mind go? Why did it get distracted? Notice.

Heart – Notice your emotions – fear, anger, sadness, worry

Soul – notice your beliefs about money and how are they blocking it from coming into your life and blocking it?

Spirit – what energy are you carrying internally with you today and what are you taking with you in your surroundings and your relationships

Reflect and Attend – your history, family of origin, culture, your personal experiences –

Create a Plan

Articulate your Vision

Align Your Energy with your Goals, Dreams, and Vision

Sometimes our energy dips and we need to draw upon our values, mission, passion, purpose to fuel our actions in business.

We can align our energy with our goal of making money by identifying our Values, Mission, and Vision.

Value - What is the value you place on money? Notice your energetic reactions around money.

Mission – What drives you? It’s wonderful that you love your job, your business! It is also necessary to make money in order to fuel your passion, purpose, mission and sustain your career and business!! What is your passion, purpose, mission – what is your WHY?

Vision – What is your vision? If you are struggling to articulate your professional goals, dreams, and vision – that’s a money block. Articulate your vision and use it to motivate your behavior!

Envision your life next week, next month, 6 months, 6 years, 60 years from now – who is with you, where are you, what are you doing, how are you feeling, what do you look like?

When your energy is in line with your values, mission, and vision – you can FLY!!

Spend time reflecting on and journaling your answers to these questions:

What do you value about money?

What role does money play in your mission?

How much money do you need to achieve/manifest your vision?

Action Steps:

Take inventory of your energy – how are you spending, allocating, investing your money?

Make a list of all the money that comes in.

Make a list of all the money that goes out (bills, fun things, investments, etc.).

Evaluate your lists – is there balance? Where can you shift your energy (your spending, saving, investing, etc.) to remove blocks and to invite balance, abundance, and flow?!

“Of course, she is in it for the money, it’s her job!

Be in it for the money and be proud to be in it for the money.

Don’t be ashamed, don’t be afraid!

You need money to live, to eat – if you say you don’t – there’s a big huge block there and it will catch up to you”.
