Find a comfortable space in your space
Take time to adjust your body, whether sitting or lying down
Adjust your body to feel comfortable, to feel safe, supported
Allow your eyes to gently close, and breathe
Allowing yourself to be in your space with awareness, with attention,
A welcoming of attunement
Allow your hands your arms to rest comfortably
Whether that is on your lap or by your side
Palms up or palms down
Or place one hand on your belly and one on your heart
Honoring your space, time, your energy here today
Whether you are here at the beginning of your day, or the end of your day
Or somewhere in between
Give yourself a smile for taking this time to focus on you
To focus on your energy, your mind, your body, your spirit
As your eyes are closed, take time to notice what comes into your awareness
Where does it come from?
Is it coming from your mind? Thoughts? Ideas?
That pop in for a short time or stick around with energy and meaning
Notice with curiosity
What else are you tuning into today?
Welcome the energy from your senses,
Whether that be sensory information from within your experience
Inside your body, inside your mind, inside your heart
Notice when your attention goes to the sensory information outside
In your external experience, in your space
A noise, an energy flow, a smell, a shift in the light
Even when your eyes are closed, you can notice the shift in the light and the dark of your space
And your breath, remember that you have it with you wherever you go
To help you, to recenter you, to reset the cycle
To pause and honor your space, honor your presence,
honor your being here and now in this moment in time
Where you can choose to let the other pieces of your day, of your week, of your month
Slip away to be attended to at another time
As you tune into your now, using your breath, your senses, your attention to this moment in time
What is here for you?
Welcome, welcome to your time
Welcome to your presence, to your now
Your mind will wander, your mind will pull you away
Notice where it goes, where it wants to take you
Notice with curiosity the content, the images, the ideas, the thoughts
That come into your awareness when you are still, when you are quiet
When you are inviting of the calm, of the energy of this moment, of this now
With divinity, with warmth, with energy and
With your breath
Come back to your breath
Allow it to be your cycle
Allow it to be your anchor
Invite it to be your gift of attention, attunement,
Recentering, resetting
When the world distracts you, when the noise carries you away,
Sometimes we welcome that distraction,
Sometimes we welcome the noise,
And often we can allow ourselves to be stuck far far away from our soul, from our spirit, from our hearts, from our bodies
Bring yourself to you, to your now, to your peace, to your presence
Using your breath to bring you back
To bring you back into harmony and balance
Appreciating the time away, and
welcoming the coming home
The reconnection, the peace, and the calm
